Aurélle Jewelry our materials are crafted with✔ 14K and 18K PVD Processing✔  304, 316 high quality premium stainless steel & 316L surgical grade premium quality stainless steel✔ Water Resistant✔ Tarnish Resistant✔ Everyday Luxury✔ Long-Lasting Shine✔ For our higher end jewelry from our fine line, heirloom and ever after bridal collection we use Vermeil & S925 Sterling Silver with 18 K Gold Coating, 10K, 14K, 18K and platinum gold metals. Our stones are GRA certified moissanite and GIA certified lab created diamonds that comes with authentication.✔ Luxury Crafted Jewelry for the jewelty. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

At House of Aurélle™, we are committed to providing intentional luxury and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. With our jewelry products we offer returns on eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order date. Items must be clean, unworn and free from signs of wear or damage. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.  Any set that was purchased must be returned together not individually. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds. Any custom, engraved, personalized or made to order pieces are finale sale.  All lux fine, heirloom, bespoke and ever after bridal are hand made to order and is final in sale. Our collections are crafted with premium water resistant  and tarnish-resistant materials designed for lasting beauty and everyday wear.If your jewelry experiences qualifying tarnishing or abnormal discoloration within 12 months of purchase under normal wear conditions, we will gladly review your claim for a replacement.To submit for the radiance protection plan request, simply email us at liftherempowerment@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.Because luxury should shine beautifully and confidently.
