Where traditional resizing is not technically appropriate, House of Aurélle will discuss available options with the customer.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING & INSPECTION
CovenantCare™ includes one complimentary professional cleaning and inspection per year for the covered bridal jewelry.

Professional cleaning may also be performed when appropriate for the jewelry.
Regular inspections help identify potential concerns before they develop into more significant problems.

Manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the jewelry
CovenantCare™ provides additional service protection beyond qualifying original manufacturing defects by covering certain conditions that may develop through normal ownership and wear.
WHEN REPAIR IS NOT PRACTICAL
Our first priority is to preserve and professionally repair your original Ever After Bridal jewelry whenever reasonably possible. If House of Aurélle determines that a covered item or component cannot reasonably or safely be repaired, we may elect to replace the affected component or jewelry with an item of comparable kind and quality.
House of Aurélle reserves the right to determine whether repair, component replacement, or jewelry replacement is the appropriate remedy under the Plan.
