That’s why we proudly offer our 12 Month Radiance Protection Plan™ on all eligible Aurélle jewelry collections. Because true luxury should not only shine beautifully it should endure with confidence.

Aurélle jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed daily through celebrations, travel, work, special moments, and everyday elegance.
Our premium materials and craftsmanship are intentionally selected to help resist tarnishing and preserve brilliance over time. If your piece experiences qualifying discoloration or tarnishing within the warranty period under normal wear conditions, we will make it right.
Radiance Protection Planâ„¢ Coverage
This Protection Plan guarantees that your eligible House of Aurélle™ jewelry remains brilliant. If tarnishing or abnormal discoloration occurs under normal wear within 12 months, we provide a replacement of equal or similar style.
What Is Covered
✔ Tarnishing or discoloration caused by normal everyday wear within the 12-month protection plan period

✔ Loss of finish caused by qualifying material defects

What Is Not Covered
To preserve fairness and plan integrity, the following are not covered:Â
Exclusions
- Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Theft, loss, or disappearance of the item or its stones.
- Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than House of Aurélle™.
- Excessive heat or chemical exposure causing discoloration or damage.​​

- Â Breakage caused by excessive force, accidents, or improper care
- Natural wear from chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or harsh products outside recommended care instructions​

Please include your original order number and the name associated with the Radiance Protection Planâ„¢.
Step 3: Verification
Provide clear photos of the item showing the damage or wear to help us expedite your repair or replacement.
