At House of Aurélle, every order is prepared with intention and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and in your experience with our House. Because many Aurélle pieces are specially procured, made-to-order, customized, or prepared specifically for each client, return eligibility varies by product type.
 

Standard Jewelry Returns

Eligible, non-custom jewelry may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, protective materials, tags, certificates, and accessories included. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, fragrance, cosmetics, or improper handling may not be accepted. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping charges.
 

Custom, Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because custom, personalized, engraved, resized, bespoke, and certain made-to-order pieces are created or prepared specifically for the client, all sales on these items are final once production or customization has begun. These pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.
 

Pre-Order & Specially Procured Items

Pre-order and specially procured items may have different return eligibility depending on the product. Any item designated Final Sale on the product page is not eligible for return or refund. If a pre-order is eligible for cancellation before fulfillment, the applicable terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
 

Ever After Bridal™ & Fine Jewelry

Due to the specialized nature and value of bridal and fine jewelry, return eligibility may vary by piece. Customized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, or bespoke bridal and fine jewelry is final sale unless it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order. Any returnable fine jewelry must include all original certificates, documentation, packaging, and accompanying materials.
 

Aurélle Beauté Nail Sets

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, opened, worn, applied, altered, or used nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened and unused eligible nail sets may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided all original seals, packaging, and components remain intact. Custom-designed or personalized nail sets are final sale.
 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact House of Aurélle within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include your:

Order number • Name • Description of the issue • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, or refund depending upon the circumstances.

Please retain the original item and packaging until your claim has been resolved.
 

Return Authorization

Please do not send an item back without first contacting House of Aurélle.

All returns must receive authorization and return instructions from our team before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by House of Aurélle or an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective. For higher-value pieces, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. House of Aurélle is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while in transit to us.

Original & Express Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, including Aurélle Express Experience and Aurélle White Glove Rush fees, are non-refundable once the applicable expedited fulfillment or shipping service has been performed.
 

Refund Processing

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed by House of Aurélle. Your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear.
 

Final Sale Items

The following are generally considered final sale:

• Custom, bespoke, personalized, engraved, or altered pieces

• Made-to-order pieces identified as final sale

• Used or opened Aurélle Beauté nail sets

• Gift cards

• Items specifically marked Final Sale

• Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper care, or modification after delivery Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not affected.
   

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, procurement, customization, production, or fulfillment.
 

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged subject to availability. Because many House of Aurélle pieces are offered in limited quantities or specially procured, we cannot guarantee that the same piece will remain available.

If a replacement is unavailable, another eligible resolution may be offered.
 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and other import charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Original duties, taxes, customs charges, and international shipping fees are generally non-refundable by House of Aurélle. International return eligibility may also be subject to applicable consumer laws in the customer's jurisdiction.
